The EmpowerMe Hub was created by two seasoned professionals with decades of experience as change managers, leadership coaches, and senior directors.
Throughout our careers, we've seen the limitations of traditional employee support programs, which often feel like "tick box" exercises with no real transformation and a fear of being reported to HR if used.
We noticed that most programs were geared towards high achievers or leaders, leaving many employees unsupported and excluded from valuable resources.
These programs also failed to address the whole human aspect, focusing only on professional skills without considering personal well-being and growth.
Determined to fill this gap, we founded the EmpowerMe Hub™. Our platform offers affordable and flexible resources independent of any employer, allowing individuals to take control of their career progression and can be taken from one job role to another to continue to develop different aspects.

Q: I don’t have a lot of time and am not sure if I can attend any live sessions.
A: Don’t worry. All sessions will be recorded and live sessions dates and times will vary so we can cater for several time zones too.

You will firstly receive an email with your confirmation, your log in details with your username and password that you can access your personal assessement which will help you decide which learning pathway to take. Then there will already be existing recordings waiting for you as well as an email with dates for monthly live sessions.
Q: How long am I signing up for?
A: There are several options - the minimum package length is 3 months because it takes 3 months to create noticable results. We are sure you will love the community and the high impact content though. If you have any concerns, you can always email us and we will try to rectify.
